OK i just got this car and i want to add a intake. something cheep but good.
also i noticed it has a computer on the intake. how do i even put it on there. I'm new to the lancer always had hondas. any help would be nice. yes I'm a noob

 

I would strongly suggest you start by reading the FAQ in my sig. After that, do a search in the lancer forum for "intake".

 

Please, God, look around the site a little. We've been discussing intakes since 2001 or so.

The "computer" is your MAF. Any intake you buy will have an attachment for it. Just be careful.

And to officially answer your question, every intake available is going to be about the same in the noise/power area. So pick whatever you like and can afford.
