SO, here I am:-p I topped out my Lancer when I was driving back from Arkansas at 100, and hit 105 or so when I turned off the A/C. Anyone else hit this limit on a stock 4g94? Is it the ECU limiting? It was a clear day, no wind...so the only resistance I had was from normal air/velocity...
Just wondering if this was more of an ECU/governor or if it was an aerodynamics deal...can't see why the car wouldn't top out more towards 120 or so...

My guess is the lancer will be limited aerodynamically, I noticed that once you got to a certain point, the car had to really fight for every extra kmph/mph. I have no idea why you would need to go more than 120 mph especially in a lancer but there you go.
