RRM header

Has anyone who installed this header had a problem with the bracket that goes at the bottom of the header to the motor. I guess its a support, but I can't get the bolt to line up for ****. Other than that it's a nice peice and I actually notice a difference in power. Oh and there's one other thing I don't like the new Honda sound. Anyway is that bracket really neccasary, because it feels plenty sturdy without it and all my friends with simalar setups always just throw it away
