So After Another Trip To My Mitsu Dealer Today

seems that i learn somthing new everytime i go in there. i orignally went in there to get pricing on an evo front bumper and upcoming accessories. then we got to the talk about the engine. he went on to say that our lancer from the steering wheel down is about the exact same as the 07^ outlanders. he said you could simply do a swap with the v6 CVT outlander, switch the chip with no problem. also if you found a wrecked one without the damaged all wheel drive you could swap the all wheel drive also which i know was mentioned already and that upcoming models like the newer eclipses coming up are going to the lancer 2.4 engine along with the new turbo eclipse coming..theres very many possiblities and i was starting to think it may be worth it to spend 6 grand doing a swap from an v6 outlander CVT.

that guy is full of sh*t. the amount of money and custom work to do the swap is enough to buy another car... that is if the V6 even fits in the engine bay...

don't listen to car dealers. 90% of the time they don't know jack sh*t about the cars they sell.
