Greddy Ti-C Reviews?

I couldn't find any on here...

I'm sure many EvoM members have this... Anyone care to give a quick review?

Planning to get this if it's rated fairly good... Despite being a cat-back... its not much more expensive than the RRM axle-back exhaust (looking at speedcorps)

That says "Rear Section Only".. In other threads people suspected this to mean it's like.. axle-back..

Am i wrong on this or... ? 'Cause to my knowledge... this exhaust is supposed to be cat-back. Speedcorps has the full cat-back setup for sale (assuming that since they say cat-back but do NOT say anything like "rear section only")

Evo-Soul: Let me know how that goes (if it's the full cat-back system)

EDIT: Just looked at the speedcorps site again and it is rear section only
Assuming this means it's pretty much just an axel-back?

I have one on my 2003 ES, have a look https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=326236 It is an excellent exhaust. Nice low tone. Not the same year as yours but just to give you a quick review, I can tell you the build quality is perfect. Bolted right up. I'm not sure if the 08 models will have the same problem as the 03's, but I have an aftermarket (Progress) sway bar and it wouldn't fit with that so I had to pay for some adjustment to the sway bar mounts. Since your car is new though, I'm guessing you wouldn't have to worry about that, if it's an issue at all with the new body of the 08's. I got mine from Speed Element. It wasn't on their site but they are a Greddy dealer so they where able to get one and have it delivered to my door in less than one week. There's more info about it in the link (second or third page of the thread, I think).

Don't worry it's the full exhaust. I ordered it from them. Only thing was I didn't get a silencer but F*** that. Basically u need to unbolt the exhaust box, relocate the rubber mounts and replace the new exhaust.

Are you sure it didn't come installed? Just asking because mine did, and it's not obnoxiously huge and noticeable like most silencers are. By the way, I'm not sure if they're available for the new Lancers yet (the site doesn't say), but you guys might want to contact Kartboy about urethane exhaust mounts. It's like cheap insurance to make sure everything stays tight in the long run. Since you're down there anyway, might as well.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I have noticed that when a friend of mine revs my car and I'm looking at the exhaust it shakes quite a bit.
Is the silencer installed on the pipe that bolts on to the other pipe, or does the silencer go into the muffler. Would I be able to see it by looking into the muffler?

Greddy is having some serious supply issues right now. We've been on the phone like everyday with them trying to get mine for my 02 OZ . . .

where did you get yours from? somewhere that says "rear section only" ?? cause that looks like an axel-back to me...

despite what fuz_dnz said about it being a full exhaust?

looks good though either way and you can't really get the true sound of an exhaust through videos and sound clips... recording could skew it as well as your speakers...

"rear section only" mainly means its a axle-back which is the same thing as saying "rear section only"

Soon to order mine
