Radiator drain plug location for a 03 Oz Lancer?

Radiator drain plug location for a 03 Oz Lancer?

im cant seem to find the drain plug for my radiator. reason is i need to replace the lower pipe with a gflex hose so i can gain clearance to fit the lower cai aem pipe through...

First off, you shouldn't have to modify either of your radiator hoses to fit an AEM cold air intake. But, the radiator drain is located on the passenger side of the radiator at the bottom. It looks like a knob you turn and has a tube directly below it on the bottom of the radiator.

i need to move it further away from the auto tranny so i can get it in their...
the way the lower hose sits its in the way. not enough room to pass the lower peice of the aem unit.. thats why i have a gflex hose so i can reposition it away from the auto tranny...

thx for the location of the plug... ill let ya know how it goes

yeah ive herd the cia's dont fit as well on autos. never knew exactly why though
