Help me build a Lancer up!
Allright. Anyone live in or near El Paso, TX? If so and if you want to make your Lancer faster I will be willing to help with any labor for free.
Just have an idea of what you want to do and I will help you turn some wrenches, tune the sucker and create a monster. I have enough tools to do most work other than pulling the complete motor (no cherry picker).

Re: power & the LOOKS
Please refrain from the shameless plugs?Very nice of you to offer your services, dude. Wish I lived in the area so I could take advantage of your help for my future suspension overhaul
Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but what made you offer? Just interest in tuning and digging around in the new Lancers?
God damn, i wish i loved near there, i have never put on springs before, only coilovers, so i dont want to do anything wrong by putting my own springs on....shops around here are charging way too much to put them on....some guy actually told me 100 bucks to put them on, so im trying to find someone who will do for much cheaper.
Well I enjoy working on cars (as long as I'm not paid for it 'cause then it becomes a job and turning a hobby into a job makes it not as fun anymore) and I won't be taking any classes this summer so I need to occupy my time. I also want to see a fast Lancer WITH the 4G94...tired of everyone on every message board saying that their stock motor sucks and they want to swap...hell my "weak" stock 4G93 didn't have any problems with the modified auto WRX I raced or the numerous stock 5.0L mustangs and older 4.6L mustangs (stock meaning internal components).
Also I get to learn the differences between the 4G94 and 4G93 at the same time so I know what parts I can steal from the junkyard (like your equal length intake manifold which looks very interesting). Also I would find out what changes were made to the suspension etc, etc.
