Difference between GTS and ES exhausts?
Difference between GTS and ES exhausts?
Can someone briefly summarize the differences between the stock GTS exhaust and the ES exhaust?
Specifically, I'm wondering about the tailpipe. Shortly after I bought my ES last year, I wanted a new exhaust tip and the dealer gave me an oval tip for the GTS. When I installed the GTS tip on my ES, it did not look right at all! Is the tailpipe from the GTS different from the ES, or might there be another part that helps the oval tip attach to the GTS tailpipe?
Perhaps someone with a stock GTS could post a pic of the tailpipe and tip and how they fit together?
Cheers,
Mark

Yeah, they're the same. The gts has a bracket welded on with 2 holes to screw the tip onto. the oval tip itself is pretty cheap and flimsy. And one of the screws broke in mine, Now it rattles when the car is warming up ~1k rpm
