What CAT do you recommend

Hey guys im looking around for a Hi Flow catalytic converter, i believe the US approved hi flow cats are eligable to be used in Australia also. All i can find here is the magnaflow brand which i know is very good, i really dont want to use the china type cats that i see around here or in ebay.

Do you guys know any other hi flow catalytic converter that has 200 or less cube inside. So i can pair it with my 4G9X DOHC before hitting the track in two weeks.

Thanks,
Luie

^Yep, go with a straight pipe long as you're just using your car at the track. Otherwise, well, it depends how legal you wanna be

and hilarious picture by the way

i heard that with modern cars the cat's are already pretty high flowing... so it might not be the best investment.. get a pipe for cheap and just like tradem when its time to go fast.

Hmmm.. very funny

No i dont like straight pipes my car is also a daily driver, in Australia get caught with a straight pipe/test pipe fines are 10000AU and 25000AU from where you bought or installed the test pipe.

Most catalytic converters are about 500 cube the lesser the cubes the better so for now im guessing magnaflow since you guys dont know any other brands out there.

It only has 200CPSI and stainless steel biscuit last but not least cheap as chips

Nice, but when you goto change out your old cat converter keep it! It has gold biscuits inside the catacombs and its worth a lot.

i had the magnaflow for years up here in snowy PA and never had a problem with rust or leaks or anything. definately a quality piece.

you could contact magnaflow about the cell count. their pretty good about stuff like that.
