Question exhaust off center

i got my magnaflow exhaust from road race last week and may i say that is sounds great. But my question is; I can't seem to get the tip centered in the cut-out. Is there some kind of trick? Like maybe in the order that you tighten the bolts or something? I searched and this has never come up, so i'm scared that i may have done something wrong.

I think it has come up actually...I don't remember off the top of my head, but I think the hangers sometimes become bent/damaged during shipping and may cause it to sit funny. Someone will have a better answer for you soon.

Do you have the Kamikaze downpipe and header? If so that is what it throwing it off center. And good muffler shop can bent things for you so it lines up striaght for a nominal fee.

My tip is off center from factory. But like Jeff said (I remembered your ame), the hangers can be bent. Muffler shops spend countless hours of welding and bending to get mufflers and piping to fit all kinds of cars. I bet that for $50 or less they can get it all perfect for you.

This has been reported by several others. The hangers can get bent out of the correct form and cause a funny lean. A few people have had an extra hange added to solve the problem. Any shop with half a clue can fix it for less than 50 bucks.
