Lost power after service

I have a Lancer ES 09.

After the service my car lost power, will they know that it was possible to have damaged the sensor or bobbin?

In the service they wash the engine, I believe that it he was because of it

what is a bobbin first of all? secondly what do you mean they washed the engine? steam cleaned it and got all the grime off of it? Im afraid that your description of the issue is not really a lot of information to go on. Try giving us some more details and maybe we can help you.
