pistons

made by CP to suit mivec 4g92 head and 4g94 block, head was physically sent to CP to 100% match the cumbustion chamber.

Our very owned forge h-beam rods for the 4G94, comes with ARP 2000 series rod bolts 100% weight balanced to the nearest gram

I also have a brand new 4G94 crankshaft

They should however you have an option to run a 4G93 Mirage 5g high compression pistons from Wiseco or something. It will be a lot cheaper, the 4G93 pistons will suit the SOHC and DOHC non mivec combustion chamber.

Crank is stock but balanced along with flywheel, brandnew crank pulley and clutch plate.

Finally my supplier SRD has given me one of there race headers thanks to ms. lilian, I was able to choose the collector size so i went 2.5inch collector all the way to the down pipe. Lengthened it another 2inches. This is the fastest header by far for 4G9X.

I hate you and everyone else that has ordered their DOHC head. I just put up the manual tranny for sale that I was going to put on my car to do an AT to MN tranny conversion so that I can get one.

Careful getting your block bored out. Apparently our blocks are bored out to the max and anything after that you are entering dangerous territory.

As per the FSM and available stock Mitsu pistons, you can go 1mm overbore in the cylinder. But the space between the cylinders is very thin with 81.5mm cylinders. I wouldn't want to go both overbore AND turbo. I would pick one or the other.

They are building a NA motor. Like senate said you pick one or the other. They are going naturally aspirated.

Even with going NA, it's still a risky venture with the cylinder walls being thin on any engine. I can recall a few different engines that have had thin cylinder walls and were prone to developing hairline cracks from heat and stress. But I think those were a little thinner than the 4G94 is.

But LLT knows what they're doing. Only time will tell how viable the 4G94 engine is as a built NA platform. I don't think they are a flyby company like A2 Designs was.
