4g63 intake manifold? Onto 4g94

Hi i know its not a direct bolt on. But what i would like to know say i buy an evo aftermarket intake manifold could i cut off its flange and weld on a 4g94? Does anyone have a evo intake gasket to compare to a 4g94 intake? has this been done? Will the intake runners line up? If anyone has any info on this please send it my way. Thanks in advance.

i think the runners are jsut a bit outside (baseball reference) compared to the 94 like the turbo mani's are.

ya u are lookin from my stand point to be cuttin and welding to make it work

yah i want a good intake! lol i did the 93 swap and yah i got 1Tq and lost 3 hp! but smoother. but i want like at least 5hp gain on both. my friend just talked to me and he said he know's a guy and he will talk to him about making a custom one. i have the "knowledge" to make one but i prices parts and it came to like 150 ish for all the tubing and sheet. Kinda done want to mess up and be out 150$. Do you have 2 sets of gaskets or what are you comparing to?
