4G93 to replace 4G94?

I did a little bit of reading and know you can take the head of the 4G93 and put it on the 4G94 but what can be done to use the 4G93 in place of the 4G94 if possible??

According to wikipedia , the 4g93t engine only came in 92-96 australian and european mirage gsr. Which means we dont have it here and it will cost a lot to import , your best bet is just to do a 4g63 or 4g64 swap , why would you take your 2.0 and downgrade it to a 1.8 , the reason mirages are faster is because they are lighter vehicles , than your lancer.

The reason I am speculating this swap is because of the specifications that the motor has. According to en.wikipedia.org and other confirming sites, the 4G93 creates roughly 204 HP @ 5500 and about 200 ft. lbs of torque @ 3500 RPM's along with a 10:1 compression ratio.

But now looking into the 4G63 more carefully, it does appear to have similar characteristics that I want in the Lancer. However I am also curious if it will give me very similar MPG results if I can keep my foot out of it. One reason I love my car as the way it stands is because of the excellent mileage I get and I don't wanna shoot it down to 25.
