when to get AFC ?

I'm looking at getting an AFC, question is, is it worth it, or wise, to get one before I go turbo? I'm planning on getting the Inter-Cooled kit from RRM in a year or so, but I want a little more performance out of this thing now. Advice? Opinions?
Thanks.

I heard it's beneficial if you get the cold air intake, even if you dont have a turbo

AFC will only lean out your car's mixture, not be able to enrichen it should you go turbo. That's pretty much why Road Race developed the reflash project in order to get some sort of effective fuel management setup into the car. Only some sort of mild NA setup would it truly be useful. My case: I've got my camshaft making my car run insanely rich at idle so an AFC for me would be useful to lean it out, that and the rest of the power band if I can ever get it on a dyno.
