anything you want. if your cheap buy something cheap. if you have money. spend it on something that will actually make power.

do you want power for drag racing, autocrossing, daily driving, what? (big turbo, small turbo, really small turbo)

abuse levels with a smaller turbo for daily drive will get u in boost faster, but u lack top end, and the abuse u put on the motor is more consistant, a stock motor wont hold up over time to boost.. if u just want it for drag racing u could use a larger turbo that doesnt spool as low in the rpms, but will stay in boost between gears, even as a daily drive it wont be as demanding on the motor, but at wide open throttle it will make all the power where u want it.

all depends on what you want, how long do you plan to keep it, will you build it, is it for show, drag, racing, or just daily driving.

For daily driver without redoing the bottom end I would say Garrett T25BB. spools fast. I would only run about 6-7 psi on stock motor or else your rods will snap like toothpicks
