Engine or head??

What would b best an engine swap or head and if so..wut engine or head would b best in money n perfomance...all advice are welcome n appreciated!

Well am a newb on this and..I have done a lil bit of research..my goals are to make my lancer fast..I don't have a big budget but am willing to put time into it...

turbo or go home. turbo is the easiet way to make power on the lancer,other than that a 4g64 is anohter option but requires a lot of work. mitsu'sare not like hon -DUH's that can easilly ngine swapped.

his budget isn't big, and he wants to make the lancer fast.

That is a complete oxymoron when it comes to attempting anything on the lancer. I suggest you think twice and RESEARCH and SEARCH.
