For Torque------- SE > TI-C
For Horsepower SE < TI-C
For Sound -------SE > TI-C
For Looks -------- SE > TI-C

After driving with both, my vote goes to the SE, just a better refined exhaust

to further Lancer0220 point.

The SE was released after the Ti-C. it was very early that Greddy realized that the Ti-C (original version) was hanging too high, and close to the plastic bumper. Production changes as well as fix kits for current owners went into effect to ensure the exhaust hung lower.

The SE was released with this problem in mind and it hangs at a good distance from the bumper.
