Shipping Horror Stories Continue

well just recieved my cover today while the actual head sits in my dads garage...and it looks like there was damaged...not to bad though...can still do the conversion but really who wants damaged products...blah...only thing that broke was the area where a cam gear cover would sit...but i can do with out it...i'll let the pics speak for it self








nothing to drastic as you can see...luie is awesome but we should fly over there and teach him how to pack things lol only a joke talking to usps...surprisingly it wasnt dhl this time but much kudos to luie always been a great help hopefully you can help me out on this one

dude that sux...thats what happened to my head...i have to check out my valve cover too. gotta pick it up tomorrow at the post office

what sucks is that the shop in my area cant fix it because its magnesium soo now i have to send it back and get another one...looks like im waiting again

hmmm...im not sure about that...havent really tried it yet...but it looks like the shop can fix it...luie just corrected me and said it is alum an not magnesium....sweet....save some money from shipping it back...i think from now on im just going to get everything insured

well just got done looking at the head at my dad's house....there is nothing wrong with it at all...pretty excited now...just got to bring it to a shop in my area for the cleansing period lol...probably will not be on my car till august due to the fact i have training all in the month of june and july...still waiting on the new rods and pistons and will soon order new cam shafts from rpw soon
