RRM Pulley Install Help

went to install the pulley and had some issues;

for starters, the alternator would NOT budge, i loosed the two bolts up top and nothing. went down below and tried to loosen the third bolt and it would not move one bit.

then i got to tighten the power steering pump back up and when i tighten the bolt, it moves to the right! it would not stay straight and tighten up properly. i tightened it as best i could but here's how it's looking. how do i get that bolt to line up straight and not move to the right as i am tightening it?

I suggest you pull that pulley off and inspect that adjusting bolt and the stop bolt to make sure its not bent. If its fine then you should be fine to reinstall it then just make sure its lined up.

Well first loosen the bolt that is in the center of the pulley, then loosen that bolt that is angled until you can pull the belt off. Then the bolt in the center of the pulley take that one completey all the way out. That bolt is threaded into the other one so after you pull that one all the way out you can take off the pulley and the adjusting bolt will also come out so you can inspect everything.
