Q's about gaskets and seals

so my question is, do i need to replace any gaskets or seals during a cam install, or can i reuse them? the ones mostly in question is the valve cover and cam oil seals(which i think are the only ones involved in the mod). but if there's others to consider, i'd like to her about it.

i've got the manual and basically it says i just remove the valve cover, disconnect the cam gear from the cam, remove the CPS, then the intake/exhaust rockers, then just slide out the cam.

if you've got experience in this sort of thing in general, i'm asking for some tips. i am pretty mechanically inclined and don't think i could foul this up at all, but any help would be great. thanks...

When I had mine installed, everything was reused. No oil leaks or any funny behavior from the car so I'd have to imagine it'd be fine.
