Hey I have the 09 ralliart stock oem exhaust.
I was going to give it to a buddy with a GTS, SInce it's just taking up space in the garage
Will the muffler fit? Just wondering here if anyone tried it.

It should fit, but I dont know why he would want it. He will lose a bit of power with it.

 

I guess to have dual exhaust? I dunno.

Seriously, dual exhausts need to be done right on a NA 4cyl. If not, they will actually lose power. The best on a NA 4cyl has always been a single exhaust. A dual exhaust can work if properly engineered though, however the ralliart one is larger in diameter and has a different internal muffler design so that it works well with a turbo, but NA it WILL lose power.

If he seriously wants a 2 pipe, the best would be to go to a good exhaust shop that will engineer one specially for him. Or talk to evo_soul. I think he did a dual exhaust for the lancer...
