2009 lancer gts which exhaust system???

Hey guys i have a 2009 lancer GTS. I recently just installed the injen cold air intake and now want to get an exhaust system installed. Im having trouble deciding which one to get though. All suggestions woudl be greatly appreciated!!

I'm thinking maybe magnaflow or greddy and money is no concern so let me know which one to get or if there are other ones out there that perform even better let me know! Thanks!

I also have an 09 gts, and i went with the injen cai as well. I decided on the HKS axle back cause i LOVE the way it sounds. Youtube it. It sold me on there. Its usually about $450 for that one. Cat backs are kinda a waste of money for our cars since we are n/a so we wont really see any benefit. Our stock piping is damn near perfect and pretty straight, so i figured the hks would be my best bet.

yea i just checked out the video on youtube. its not bad but the magnaflow does sound better. Its $450 for that one n on ebay i found the magnaflow entire system for 550, so im thinking if i spend 100 more i might b getting a better performance which is not bad right?

and what do you mean our cars are n/a?

thanks for the suggestions btw !

oo and LMAO @ fart pipes! haha

n/a = naturally aspirated (NOT TURBO'd). And the magnaflow one is basically stock because it doesnt sound like you look or have an exhaust.

Apexi N1 would be a nice pick up but you will lose some performance.

The magnaflow is overpriced for what youre getting. Its EXACTLY the same exterior as your current muffler, just with internal changes. I chose the HKS because its a straight pipe, with an offset resonator and midset muffler. No fart can, just smooth flow.

I would not say it is over priced it is a quality item. But looks are a factor, some people like the soup can sticking out and some do not.

I would say that any exhaust system with no other mods is for sound only so choose the one that suits your taste. There is really no "wrong" answer as long as you deal with a quality company.

I've got the Magnaflow and its perfect for me. I didn't not want a ricerboi looking canister.

I'm not too sure where you get overpriced though, people pay $400 for an axleback which is essentially a muffler. To each their own.
