I am the new owner of a 04 Oz Rally. Im new to this and i wanted to know if there are any (cheaper end) engine mods i can do to get a little bit more hp. Most of you guys are prob gonna tell me to buy an evo and im fine with that. Just wanna know what type of turbo i can buy along with any other mods (on the cheaper side).
