Question Exhaust and header

Hey EvoM
So I own a 2003 Lancer ES, I've read alot about the Lancers and evos on these forums and well it's now time for me to post here.
I don't have a lot of money so modding my car doesn't and won't happen too often but I've decided to put an exhaust to make it sound nice. So I've found these on ebay and I'm just waiting to see if they will ship to australia and how much it will be.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SRS-C...item5adea3a5b5

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/02-06...item5adf0d12e6

So the point of this threat is to see what you all think about it and see if anyone has any other suggestions.
My brother told me that it would have too much back pressure and screw up my engine, so I need more opinions since I'm a total noob when it comes to cars

PS. If this isn't the right place for this, I'm sorry

You'll be fine with those two. I don' have the OBX headers but I have some other ebay ones and they are fine. I also have the SRS exhaust that I haven't put on yet but everyone else that has gotten it has been happy with it.

Thank you, Still waiting for em to get back to me with postage haha
Also because I'm using a header, from my understanding I shouldn't need to get a high flow cat or have I misunderstood something there?

With header and a high flow cat, you may run into issues because of a lack of back pressure. That was my understanding 5 years ago, maybe some actual numbers came out and shot down that theory.
