jet v force or apexi neo?????

what goin on yall?my question is has any one used either of these? i read somewhere that the neo wouldn't let u program nything and info would be great i'm not trying to get to tech with the rrm piggy back or the openport 2.0/
these to seem the simple way thanks for your help

Whats so hard about plugging in some cables? Tactrix plugs right in Keep reading man.

i just don't under stand the defintions and roms there talkin bout.and i'm not going boosted for a while.thanks for help and i'll give the tacttrix a shot.
