Car voltage stabilizer??

ran across car volt stabilizer and it claims that it increases torque power & response. can anybody give proof to this?? and if theres any gains at all what are they??

The theory behind is is good, but generally your car has to have bad grounding to begin with. Newer cars dont suffer from grounding issues so their would not be any real gain from this. Not going to call it snake oil, because I have seen it work on older cars but in our cases. Dont think so.
