GTS with CVT

GTS with CVT

I am looking for any info on a putting a turbo on my 2010 GTS that has the CVT. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would great.

CVT can NOT handle a turbo. You would have to run very low boost and you'll be greatly reducing the life-span of your CVT. 1-4psi is a joke considering how much you'll have to spend. 5-6psi the belt will slip and eventually wear down and break. 7+psi the belt will break and you'll grenade your transmission in no time.

CVT Turbo is a dead end. Turn back now.

I have a GTS as well, I'm looking at supercharging in stead of turbocharging. If you look at some diagrams of the cvt you'll understand why they say it won't work.

like everybody have said, cvt can't handle the boost. however, moneywise, if you really want to go turbo you might want consider getting a ralliart instead just my .2c .
