OMG man! Are you cereal?
First go here and read the first four stickied threads. Then after that look at the 10+ build threads in that section. There are at least 4 autos who've done it including me. I promise, if you take a little time and read that stuff your questions will be answered and more.
You'll have a lot better direction to start your own build.

wow yet again, thanks for being an *** about it... everyone has to start somewhere with becoming a tuner. Ppl like you make it so damn hard for someone to learn anything and thats why most ppl dont care to even try tuning a car.

yes, you are correct, people not modifying cars is my fault...my bad dude.
seriously though, i'm not trying to be an ***, all i'm saying is you are asking very basic, almost common knowledge questions in a vehicle specific forum...if you don't know the answers, search around, this has been discussed here time and time again...but turbo charging is not vehicle specific, the concept is universal, in fact the only vehicle specific parts you need are the manifold and fuel injectors...

I just told you though. Follow the link read that and if you happen to have any more questions look at the build threads. Like I said all the answers are there. What parts,.where to get them. We are pointing you in the right direction why aren't you going?
You are asking really basic questions that's why we're telling you to do this.

Read the stickies on this site. If you go the 16g route, the evo 7-9 intercooler and piping fit the lancer body. You just may have to relocate your battery as well as remove/cut your front crash bar and modify the bumper.
