Injen SP sri compatibility

I have a 2012 GT (canadian version so 2.0 instead of 2.4)
Im looking at the Injen SP series SRI for my car.
The model is for a 2011 2.4..will it work/fit on my 2012 2.0??

Link for intake here http://www.carid.com/2011-mitsubishi...ke-360627.html

Thanks!

Short Answer is No it will not.

The Injen intake is a MAF calibrated intake. Injen engineers the intake to force the car to run rich. If you use the intake on a 2.0 and not the 2.4 that it was design for, you risk negating some of your gains or worse, harming your engine with bad Air Fuel trims.

Buy the K&N intake for your 2.0L this will operate properly and make good power.

Alright thanks for the input on that! I went looking for the k and n intake you recommended but couldn't seem to find one for my engine/ model combo. Do you know where I could get my hands on one?
