Not exactly sure where this belongs.
So, today I had installed factory OEM Foglights on my 2004 Oz Rally, after wiring it all up and hooking up the relay (with the battery unplugged) I continued and went to test the lights. I hooked up the battery and went to start the car, at this point the car Rev'd up extremely high and dropped extremely low close to dying. I proceeded to shut off the ignition remove the relay and start it again, in which it Rev'd up as normal, but the idle dropped extremely low for a few seconds before returning to normal. There is no check engine light, and the car hasn't done this before...HELP!
