I know AEM makes a short ram for the auto. As to a CAI, not to sure if the tranny problem has been resolved.
Injen makes one as well (first one actually). As for the tranny problem being "resolved" realize by adding more bends to an intake in order to say, as in this case, shuffle a filter element to a rather out of the way place, may not be the best thing since you're just adding more and more disruptions to air flow. In all honesty, probably the best place for an intake is right behind the battery or directly underneath it in my opinion. With that, you're keeping the intake element away from the exhaust manifold (hottest part of the car) and avoiding the possibility of water ingestion as well as keeping the filter away from another often overlooked source of heat: the actual asphault which gets annoyingly hot some days as well.
