Angry header uninstall

i know there were some header install posts in the past, but i have one specific question. I'm taking my header out and i cannot get the part that sticks through the heat shield outl. I asume its a sensor of some sort (don't care which) but help guys. I WD-40'd the thing and turned it for an hour but it won't come out. Any help would be gret. Even better would be a moderator reposting teh kamikazee headers install walk through.

You could just use the search function, prevent a repost, and get a much quicker answer for yourself.

i HIGHLY recommend the o2 socket. go to autozone and loan one out for free, you only have to pay like a 10 dollar deposit. also, go get a can of PB fabulous blaster at autozone. it does what wd-40 doesnt do, penetrate. follow the directions on the back of the can, and you will have that thing out in no time, no sweat, no matter how impossible it seems now, trust me.
