I'm doing a rebuild on my oz rally 4g94 and my machinist removed a ball bearing from the block. Unfortunately I didn't get any photos. I ended up having to take the block to another place that just plugged the opening where I think it goes. What does this ball bearing do? And is it possible the bearing goes between the oil pump housing and block?
