Okay I bought a 2009 GTS from a salvage auction due to mechanical problems with the engine.

I'm looking at swapping a different engine in it because I believe it's the oil pump which is expensive. So the question is: I know a 2008 and 2009 2.4 GTS engine will swap, but I can get a 2010 2.4 engine for cheaper than a 2009 with less miles. Will this swap over without any hassle of wiring? I couldn't find anything other than the 2010 engine is also a 4b12 2.4 engine.

Don't do that ! ...2.4 L is the worst engine ! nothing fits it ... 4b11 = its evo engine... same as gts 2.0l just not same cams ecu and manifold .. oh and tranny but who cares ...
