Hey guys im in a bit of a problem here with installing the intake valve springs due to clearance issues created by the damn angled spark plug tubes. Is there any methods or valve spring compressors that people here have found effective for these intake valves? i am using a universal overhead valve spring compressor from autozone btw. Thank you

 

I've only done it with the head off...I use a homemade compressor, made from a big c-clamp with a socket that's the same size as the spring retainer, with a "window" cut out of the side of it to get the keepersonto the valve stem...
