How much heat wrap do I need to cover my rpw headers. 1 x 50, 2 x 50, 1 x 100, 2 x 100??

 

Also... I heard that moisture can develop in the heat wrap and rust the pipes.....is this true???

 

H eat wrap is never recommended for a couple reasons... it prevents the natural heat dissipation of the headers (and yes i know it makes your engine bay hot). This can lead to cracking of the headers, "spotting" - rust at some areas and eventually cause your headers to get leaks. I believe RPW does not cover their headers undder warranty if yo uwrap them.
