Can anyone explain what's going on with my car ? Sometime my engine rpm take too long to drop when I rev the engine in neutral or when I'm shifting gears. It makes shifting gears hard and slow and also when it happens the car feels sluggish and doesn't accelerate as good. Here is an example in this video ( revving engine in neautral)
