what are actual info of fuel pressure / stock Injector size of NA lancer 2008+

I confuse about fuel pressure and Injector size
All information in site is refer with 232cc/min.
But it is not refer with actual pressure.
most of us thought it is smaller than actual size of standard injector @43.5 PSI (3 bar)

I just check with a manual and found.
Standard value of Lancer 4B11 is 47 PSI as refer in link below.

That mean
Actual flow rate is 232cc/min @ 47 PSI.

Injector is define flow rate @ 43.5 PSI ( 3 bar ) in general.
engine fuel pressure is 8.05 % more than standard pressure.

So actual stock injector size is 232cc /1.0805 = 214.7 cc/min @43 PSI


Can someone confirm this is correct or not ?
