I recently began a machining class at school where i have access to a huge machine shop, now i was thinking about doing some custom work form some headers, I was wondering basically what kind of specs do I need to know, HOBIE i saw ur headers and im guessin those r custom, and i figured u would be the best one to ask so if u see this help me out

 

Yes, they're custom. I don't really have specs though. The design on mine also leaves very little room for comfort (though it does leave some room). With any luck I'll have a little disposable income for a welder this summer and I may do a complete redesign of my piping (and possibly manifold). Your best bet is to take measurements...and lots of them. For ease of installation/removal try switching to pusher fans or something. I think I'm going to do that for convenience's sake when I rebuild my car...but the fans are low priority at the moment. Good luck and godspeed.
