Was changing my oil the other day and noticed the under side of the oil pan was wet and surrounding plastic panels, pretty sure it is oil or power steering fluid as the line runs right over where it was wet. This is the 2.0L DOHC was wondering if anyone knew the problem, costs, or if a sealer would work.

Yeah, there is a leak of some sort. Check your engine, power steering, radiator for any low levels

You may need to power clean that mess off & give it a visual to ID where the leak is coming from. Could be a rear main seal?
