Confused with misfire issue

I know theres a bunch of threads on this, reas most of them. Ive got a 2003 ES with just over 200,000 miles on it. I bought it a couple years ago mainly because it ran so smooth and quiet, i could tell the front end needed work but you couldnt even hear it running. Replaced the steering and suspension on it, new rims and tires. Recently did the water pump, tensioner, and timing belt. Then the radiator blew out and was spraying coolant all over the top of the motor so i replaced that. Shortly afterwards it started to misfire when i hit the gas hard while already moving and a couple times stall if i hit it hard from a stand still. Now its gotten worse first i could drive about 8 9 miles and it would constantly misfire on multipule cylinders, over a month it got to be shorter and shorter distance before it did this, misfiring so bad it would stall the car out. I put new plugs, wires, coils and maf sensor and then it wouldnt start so i put the old coils back on and it worked but ran like crap so i put the old maf back on and it ran normal but i can only go about 3 4 miles before it starts the misfire. Ive replaced o2 sensors, my iac, egr and still misfiring. Unpluged my mas still the same. It will high idle sometimes and then idle so low it stalls and other times run fine. Im lost at what else it could be, i did a compression test and all cylinders tested fine checked that i was getting spark, all good. Im stumped anything anyone could tell me might be the priblem?
