Smile RRM piggyback emissions?

I am sorry if this was brought up before on here. I did a search and I didn't find anything about it. IS the RRM ECU piggyback emissions test friendly? I think in PA they do a fuel cap integrity test and an OBD Emissions Inspection? The reason I worry is my car is my daily driver for the time being and I do not have another means of transportation so I am leary on getting mods that will affect me when it comes time to get inspections. They just started these stupid tests around December here and it is a pain in %ss. Not just because the test but it costs so much here!

wait how often do you have to have your car tests? I think it should be fine, both cats are their, and as long as their is no CEL, it should be fine, but you might want to pm rock on that.
