yeah someone please help me give me some info on how to instal a new set of headers.

 

Remove the exhaust manifold cover, then remove the exhaust manifold. Install header. Make sure the car cools down a bit.

 

no you forgot to tell him to do the 45 min drive before the install (ouch)

 

If you install a downpipe as well...

1. Put some loose nut on the bolts that connect the cat to the downpipe
2. Take off the heat shield
3. Put some loose nut on the o2 sensor
4. Take off the bolts that connects the downpipe to the headers
5. Take off the bolts that connect the headers to the engine
6. Take off the bolts that connect the downpipe to the cat
7. Take off the bolts that hold the downpipe on the engine
8. Bolt on your headers
9. Bolt on your downpipe
10. Enjoy

If you put the Loose Nut 24 hours before you work on it, the bolts will be much easier to take off.
