I purchased the Z1 performance chip from ebay just to be curious and it was only $25. It suppose to go between the MAF and the ECU. If any body has ever installed this or even know what im talking about or knows anyone that does/have it please post some results. I dont know weither to ditch the item cuz i didnt install it yet and buy the piggyback. What the Z1 chip suppose to do is tell the ECU to suck for air and give more fuel. They range from 15-20hp.

 

haha, yeah, those are a joke, all it does is make your fuel run a little richer, meaning less MPG, i wouldnt do it

 

so i'll go ahead and sell it to one of these fools out here and i guess the piggyback is the way to go then huh?

 

yes get a piggyback but dont try and sell this z1 "chip" to anybody on here and rip them off jsut bc you are gullible and got ripped off.

 

especially when all you had to do was run a search to find a half dozen threads discussing these things in detail...
