Random misfire usually has to do with the coil packs in the Lancers, not the spark plugs. If you want to see plugs in bad conditions I'll have to find mine (The set that was in when my pistons blew).

You can see carbon buildup to the point of nearly fouling, hot spots from it running lean, and physical damage on the one from cylinder 3 where the largest failure took place, leaving about 1/5th the ring land missing and the piston terribly chunked. I wish I could get my stupid WAN working properly to get the pictures off my PDA, but I have neither the time nor the patience to deal with it presently.

Anyway, it's probably a coil pack.

If you scroll to the right there is a clear image of a burnt plug. Replace those with some Platnum Plugs man. Look in your Manual for Product #'s, and gap sizes.

What do you have on the car mods wise... it seems like something is leaning you out considerably.

I hade the same thing. The dealer I went to never changed my plugs at 25,000 km. They should have been done, expecially the way I drive. Chcange your plugs to Platinum ones, get some magnicore wires and get a tune up done (Basically injector cleaner on top of that stuff) and you will be fine.
