Aight guys...I've heard of a gutted catalytic converter...but a gutted muffler??? My buddy has this lil CRX and he just got his new muffler. Well before he had it welded on he gutted it...It sounds real mean now...not crappy and poppy...but a nice deep loud tone. Can gutting a muffler hurt the motor and in the case of a lancer, how would it sound...the same? No im not plannin on guttin it...just wonderin...thanks for any input guys...
