My 04 ES doesn't have fold down back seats either, it has those stupid baby seat harnesses or some crap like that. I mean, it's good for safety for the child or what not, but one thing is missing, I don't have a damn child!!!! lol

Well, I guess maybe they will be put to good use later in the future, but not anytime soon.

 

I have TWO sets of rear fold down seats with all hardware for sale... I pulled it all out for my Evo rear seats (which dont fold down...). I have them out of my ES so its the grey interior. I also have a set of them in black becuase I was originally going to get black racing seats and wanted black seats in back to match, so I bought them from a guy locally, but never used them. Anyways, I have both sets for sale. If anyone is interested, please let me know!! And now that I think of it, I only have 1 set of the hardware... but you may be able to pick it up cheap from a wrecking yard or from somebody on here parting out a totaled lancer.

Sorry, but this is probably going to be a stupid question, but I did a search and couldn't find an answer. So anyway, will OZ rear seats fit in an ES model. And does it matter if they have to be the same year or not to swap?

 

They should fit fine. I didn't even know there was a difference, except maybe some of the ES models don't have a folding rear seat? Anyway, I'm 99.999% sure they'll fit. The .001% is just in case it needs a little tweaking like the Evo8 rear seats.
