I just installed the B&M(45% reduction) and it's great. You can definitely feel the reduction and the precision with this shifter. I need to install the underhood bushings from Kartboy as soon as I figure out where they go.

Get B&M for sure, I've felt others and it just doesn't feel the same. Not too short, not to long.

Alright I went and got the lancershop one, couldn't rationalize the extra 100$ CAD for the B&M. Anyways, the install was ok, took me like 2-2:30 hours though, but I was going really slow, and just getting the stupid nylon caps off took like 30 min. The lube I used was Quakerstate general automotive lithium lubricant for like bushings and such, which is black, is this stuff fine, or should I pick up some different stuff and relube everything?

Just got back from driving the car to wings night, and it feels amazing. The combination of the short shifter, underhood and shifter base bushings just makes the whole assembly feel great. Recommend it to anyone, if your willing to put up with the crispness of the shifting, which I'm sure most people would.

i dont know if this has been addressed, but you guys totally overlooked the rpw shifter. it reduces the forward/backward throw by 50% and also the side-to-side by 50%.

it's not just a shifter, it replaces the whole shifting base and the shifter arm... we don't know if RPW makes one for our cars (it's not listed on the Vision Imports website, and they tend to be pretty compreshensive of the RPW line).

actually visionimports doesnt have a lot of the products rpw offers for our car, such as the valve springs, throttle bodies, quick shifters, etc.

I just got my B&M shifter from RRM today. Then i looked at this thread and learned that there are actually two different kinds. Im not sure which one i have but it doesnt seem adjustable. Is there a clearly obvious differenct to look for in the two?

Um...it should say on the package, and in the install sheet. I think RRM sells the non-adjustable one, at least based on the price.
