Battery cables

OK, being the genius I am, I bought and then thought (read it again, you'll get it).

I got a kit that should move my battery to here:

I just thought of the fact that the battery is normally like a foot away from there. Am I going to have to lenghten the battery cables to make them reach that spot? Or can I just move them over?

(I'd look, but it's dark and cold outside. And my boss wouldn't appreciate me leaving.)

You should be ok, I think the stock ground is just to the side anyway. I recall having about 1.5 feet of black cable when moving my battery to the trunk, and the stock positive cable was long enough for me to have to wrap it around things when retiring it.

Very cool.

Thanks Brian. If you ever retire from Moderator, you better become a Guru that very day.
